What does a repair visit cost?
Diagnosis first, then one written price you approve. The diagnostic fee is included in an approved repair. No published price list, because no two failures are alike.
How soon can you come?
Same-day most days, next day almost always. Everything we cover is under twenty minutes from Lynnwood.
Which brands do you repair?
Jacuzzi, Sundance, Hot Spring, Caldera, Bullfrog, Arctic Spas, Marquis, Master Spas, Coast Spas, Cal Spas and the rest, plus the Balboa and Gecko packs inside most of them.
Why does soft water matter for a hot tub?
Everett and Seattle water runs at one to two grains of hardness with very little alkalinity. It etches heater elements, wears seals and lets pH swing. We raise calcium to 150–250 ppm and alkalinity to 80–120 ppm at every fill.
Is it leaking or evaporating?
Tape the level, cover on, 24 hours. Up to a quarter inch a day is evaporation here; more, or any wet spot, is a leak.
My tub died after a wind-storm outage. What happened?
Usually a surge when the power came back, sometimes a freeze if it was cold. We check fuses, transformer and sensors before the board, and we fit a surge protector with any new board.
Should I drain the tub for winter?
Only if you will not use it. A running tub protects itself through our short cold snaps; a half-drained one freezes a pump. Either way we can do it properly.
Do you install hot tubs or run new circuits?
No. We repair and maintain. New circuits are an electrician's job, and we can tell them exactly what the tub needs.
Do you work on a tub that came with the house?
Yes, and the first visit doubles as an inspection: you get a written list of what works, what is marginal and what is failing.
Do you offer maintenance plans?
Yes — a scheduled drain-and-refill route through all ten towns, with a cabinet inspection each time.
Can I text you?
Call or use the booking form; we confirm by phone.
What if the tub is not worth fixing?
We say so, and you get a written condition report instead of a bill for parts.
