Who we are
South Sound Hot Tube Repair is Henry, one van and one meter, based at 15923 Highway 99 in north Lynnwood. 7.5 years of opening equipment bays from Shoreline to Everett have taught him what fails here and why: soft, low-alkalinity Cascade water that eats heater elements, six wet months that keep cabinets damp, and the December wind storm that takes the power out while it is freezing.
How we price
Diagnosis first, with a meter, and then one written price for the repair. You approve it before we start. The diagnostic fee is included in an approved repair, and if the tub is not worth fixing we say so and leave you with a written condition report instead of a bill for parts.
What we do, and do not do
- Heaters, pumps, leaks, jets, control packs, topsides, ozone, lights, covers — everything inside the skirt, every brand
- Scheduled drain-and-refill with soft-water balancing
- Winterization and freeze-damage repair
- From the spa disconnect to the tub: GFCI trips and voltage problems
Not us: new circuits from the panel, gas or supply plumbing, moving or setting tubs, and sales. We will tell you who to call.
